The 2nd Asian Congress on Pain will be held at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC).

 The TICC is situated in the foothills of eastern Taipei’s Hsin-yi District, an area where the modern face of Taipei shines with glass and steel skyscrapers, one of the tallest buildings in the world, wide boulevards, and the Taipei World Trade Center complex. 

As the political, economic, and cultural center of Taipei, the district houses many landmark buildings, including the Taipei City Hall, Taipei City Council, National Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, and Taipei 101.

Getting to Taiwan International Convention Center via Public Transportation

Train (MRT): Please click here for the route map and click here for fares and schedules to plan your journey. The nearest MRT Station to TICC is Taipei City Hall Station.

Bus Service: 20, 258, 282, 284, 292, 293, 294, 611, 625. Kindly alight right in front of TICC.

Getting to Taiwan International Convention Center from Airports

Transportation options from the Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) to the Taipei International Convention Center:

Taxi: A taxi from the Taoyuan International Airport to the Taipei International Convention Center will cost approximately TWD1,300 for the 45-minute journey.

Bus:  The Airport Airbus runs approximately every 20-30 minutes and costs approximately TWD145 per person.  Tickets can be purchased at the Airport Airbus desk in the arrival hall.

Transportation options from the Songshan Airport (TSA) to the Taipei International Convention Center:

Taxi: A taxi from the Songshan Airport to the Taipei International Convention Center takes about 15 minutes and costs approximately TWD150.

Train (MRT):  The MRT trip takes approximately 20 minutes and the fare is about TWD25.  Take the brown line to the Taipei Main Station, then the blue line to Taipei City Hall Station (about 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center).  Please visit the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation site for more information.
